I understand that check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM. If I want to stay longer than 10AM, I need to reserve an additional night, in order to secure late check-out. Yes

I will adhere to the modest dress code required while on the ranch premises at all times. Shorts must be longer than fingertip length. Shirts must not reveal cleavage or midriff. If swimming, swim attire must include a shirt and shorts over the swimsuit. yes

I understand that if anyone in my party has fever, diarrhea, or any other possibly contagious illness, I need to reschedule our reservation. Several members of the Patterson family have suppressed immune systems due to chronic illness/disease and must not be exposed to contagious illness. Yes

I understand the barnominium is upstairs and I must be able to travel up and down stairs independently in order to stay there. Yes

I understand that the BYHOMExperience is a volunteer organization on a rustic ranch with pets, including horses, cows, dogs, and cats, and accommodations cannot be made if we have allergies and/or fears or other reasons why we cannot be around animals. (Note: the barnominium interior is always pet-free.) Yes

I understand the barnominium and ranch premises are a smoke-free, alcohol-free, drug-free environment and I will be expelled from the property should I choose to break any of these rules. Yes

I understand I am invited to eat lunch at 12Noon and dinner at 6PM with the Patterson family, but an additional donation to cover the cost of food would be appreciated. Yes

I understand I may bring outside food/drink/snacks with me. The barnominium has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. I should plan to bring any snacks and drinks my family and I may desire during our stay, as these will not be provided. EXTRA IMPORTANT DETAILS: We understand barnominium checkout procedures require we be responsible for cleaning the barnominium before we leave, according to the check-out procedures that are posted in the barnominium. I understand there is not a cleaning crew, as this is an all-volunteer ministry, and it is my responsibility as a guest of the barnominium to bless the next guest with a clean and tidy place to stay. We will treat the ranch and barnominium with respect, and if we break something, we will notify the Pattersons and work with them to replace any broken items. We will respect the ranch and barnominium rules and guidelines, and vow to leave the ranch and barnominium in the same or better condition than we found it in (Cub Scout rule!). In order to complete my reservation, I must pay a $100 refundable security deposit. This deposit will be refunded if the barnominium is cleaned properly at check-out and if there are no costs for repairs on any items damaged during my stay. If the barnominium is not properly cleaned according to the posted check-out requirements and/or if items are damaged and in need of repair, BYHOM will keep the $100 deposit to pay for cleaning services and/or to use toward repairing broken items. The deposit will not be refunded until the barnominium passes final inspection during check-out. If broken items are in excess of $100 in value, I will need to pay additional expenses to repair/replace any broken items. Yes

I understand childcare is not provided during my stay, and I will be 100% responsible for my children, their safety, and their whereabouts at all times during our stay. Yes
